From Combat Boots to Cat Carriers

Our Mission & Vision

Meow and Forever Cat Rescue was born from years of witnessing what happens when the system fails stray cats—the ones dumped at vet clinics, left outside facilities overnight, or surrendered with no support and nowhere to go.

Founded by a veterinary professional with 14+ years in the field—and a proud U.S. Army National Guard veteran—Meow and Forever is a veteran-led, grassroots rescue on a mission to rewrite the ending for Cleveland’s abandoned felines.

At Meow and Forever, we’re here for the cats no one else makes room for. Our mission is rooted in compassion, action, and second chances—for the strays dumped at doors, the kittens left behind, and the forgotten ones in between.

Our vision is a future where every cat, no matter how they started, gets a shot at a soft landing, a full belly, and a forever home.

This isn’t a hobby. It’s a calling.
And we’re just getting started.

Stray Cats. Real Love. New Beginnings.

Meow and Forever is proudly veteran-founded and deeply committed to serving those who served. We offer adoption discounts and community programs that honor and support military families and fellow veterans.

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your donations and gifts are tax-deductible—but their true value is priceless. Your support gives abandoned and at-risk cats the second chance they deserve and also extends a helping hand to our heroes through the Paws for Patriots charity. Every contribution changes lives
